Not licensed yet? *That 's okay. *You may qualify for an information session regarding how to acquire your RE license. We regularly help aspiring agents who are new to the industry. While we don't issue licenses directly, we'll guide you through the process of enrolling in a NYS-approved real estate course and preparing for the licensing exam. What We 're Looking For * Strong interest in real estate and a focus on providing excellent client service. * Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Self-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. * Willingness to pursue a NYS Real Estate Salesperson License (or already licensed) * Comfortable using Google Workspace and other digital platforms. * Available for in-person training at our Manhattan office. Key Responsibilities * Visit and familiarize yourself with 50-100 rental listings in NYC each week * Keep property listings up to date and accurately maintained * Market available properties across digital platforms and listing services * Identify and understand client needs to guide their search * Support renters through the leasing process and home search journey * Prepare and manage necessary documents, including leases and agreements * Negotiate rental terms and provide insight into current market conditions * Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property managers, and clients * Stay current on real estate trends, inventory, and best practices * After completing your initial training in Manhattan, you'll have the flexibility to work across any borough--or anywhere in New York State and many more. Commission based pay: An estimate of $35,598 - $172,306 per year (Commission- Based) Schedule: Monday to Friday (Weekends as needed) Must be able to commute or relocate to New York City.
