Overview

This is a commission-based sales position. As a Tanning Consultant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while promoting our tanning products and services. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the tanning facilities. We're on the hunt for motivated, friendly, and sales-focused individuals to join our growing team. Perfect for someone outgoing, coachable, and passionate about sales, skincare and wellness.

Responsibilities

:

• Welcome clients with a positive, upbeat attitude
• Perform client consultations to recommend products, services, and memberships
• Upsell memberships, product bundles, and service upgrades
• Maintain studio cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Accurately handle POS transactions and follow studio protocols
• Attend team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

:

• Minimum of 6 shifts/month (1-2 shifts/week); must include nights/weekends
• Sales-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-first attitude
