Key Responsibilities

:

• Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish
• Engage with customers, understand their needs, and confidently recommend the best solutions
• Drive sales of phones, accessories, repairs, and protection plans
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Learn and explain product features, promotions, and pricing
• Assist with daily store operations such as inventory and POS transactions
