Day-to-Day Duties of the Business Sales Specialist: * Introduce and promote Frontier's telecommunications services to potential customers through professional outreach strategies. * Identify customer needs by conducting thorough consultations and presenting customized solutions that emphasize the advantages of Frontier's products. * Clearly communicate the value of Frontier's fiber internet, including speed, reliability, and efficiency, to position it as the best solution available. * Guide customers through the full enrollment process, ensuring a seamless experience with accurate documentation and compliance. * Consistently exceed performance expectations, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales and acquisition targets. * Engage in structured training and development sessions to strengthen sales expertise, product knowledge, and leadership capabilities. What We're Looking For in a Business Sales Specialist? * High School Diploma or GED required; additional coursework in business or communications is a plus. * Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required. * Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain solutions clearly and build trust. * Goal-driven mindset with resilience, competitiveness, and a proven ability to work toward measurable results.
