We're expanding our direct sales team in Denver, CO and are hiring motivated individuals to join us as Sales Crew Members in a residential, customer- facing role representing our Quantum Fiber client. This is a full-time, on-site, residential direct sales position focused on engaging customers face-to-face and enrolling new customers into Quantum Fiber internet services. If you have experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, or any people-focused environment, this sales role offers a strong opportunity to transition those skills into a performance-based career. What You 'll Do as a Sales Crew Member: * Conduct direct residential sales by engaging customers in assigned neighborhoods * Present and explain Lumen's Quantum Fiber internet services through live, in-person demonstrations * Build brand awareness and educate customers on available service options * Meet daily and weekly sales performance goals * Work closely with a team in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment * Represent the client and company professionally during all customer interactions * Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and mentorship What We Offer: * Paid training for all new Sales Crew Members * Clear advancement opportunities into leadership and management roles * Performance-based earning potential with uncapped commissions * Team-focused culture with recognition, incentives, and team events * Travel opportunities for top sales performers (conferences and networking events) Sales Crew Member Job Details: * Type of job: Full-Time, Monday-Saturday, 40-50 hours per week. * Compensation: Training paid, after training its commission-only. Sales Crew Members are paid a minimum of $70 per new customer they enroll into a fiber plan. Each Trainee is expected to enroll a minimum of 10 new customers per week. Average paycheck is $700-$1000 weekly. * Client: We work with Lumen, supporting them in enrolling new customers to their Quantum Fiber internet services. * Location: The Sales Crew Member will come to our office daily in Denver, and then go out to assigned locations in the surrounding Denver residential areas.
