At Caissa K12, our Call Representatives are our Educational Outreach Specialists! We do outbound calls to parents across the nation. You will be the first personal contact a family receives. Our Educational Outreach Specialists are friendly, helpful, creative, and reliable. You make your own schedule. Base hourly pay is provided; current and past enrollment specialists have averaged $40-$65 an hour by the end of a campaign. If you are self-motivated and competitive, we want you. As an Educational Outreach Specialist, you will * You will be assigned a laptop and headset to reach your goals! * Be responsible for outreach to parents and guardians. * Learn from experts in public communications. * Provide critical assistance to parents and guardians. * Analyze parent feedback. * Travel to school districts across the country. * Gain behind-the-scenes insight into public education. * Develop marketing skills through training and experience. * Have potential for promotion at a trusted, growing company.
