About HOTWORX HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio where members experience 12 unique workouts inside infrared saunas, led by virtual instructors. We also feature a fully equipped functional training area with dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, and more. What You 'll Do * Engage & Welcome - Greet guests, give studio tours, and ensure every visitor feels comfortable and informed. * Drive Sales - Promote memberships, packages, and retail products using strong product knowledge and effective sales techniques. * Social Media Savvy - Create and post engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, and more to grow our community. * Customer Support - Assist members in selecting programs, answer questions, and resolve concerns with top-tier service. * Follow-Up & Build Relationships - Stay connected with members to encourage progress and retention. * Keep It Spotless - Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment. * Admin Support - Schedule appointments, update customer records, and process transactions accurately. * Collaborate - Work closely with your team to hit sales goals and foster a positive, energetic atmosphere.
