In this role, you will drive business growth by developing new client relationships and managing existing accounts within your designated territory. Your expertise in outside sales, technical knowledge of tree care, and ability to build lasting customer partnerships will be key to expanding our presence in the community. Duties * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic territory management and lead generation efforts. * Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling services, and maintaining strong relationships * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements * Perform cold calling and inside sales activities to generate leads and expand market reach Experience * Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on management or business development * Strong understanding of CRM software platforms or similar tools for lead tracking and analysis * Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding customer service abilities * Experience in territory management, account management, or retail sales preferred * Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos and upsell services effectively * Strong analysis skills for evaluating market trends and identifying new opportunities * Prior experience in technical or B2B sales environments is highly desirable Join us as a Sales Arborist and become an integral part of a passionate team committed to delivering top-quality tree care solutions while building meaningful relationships with clients.
