Compensation

: Commission Only (Uncapped) Realistic Earnings: $15,000+/month for experienced closers STOP PROSPECTING. START CLOSING. If you 're an experienced in-home solar closer (or a proven high-ticket home improvement closer) and you're done chasing your own leads, this role is built for you. We operate with $0-down solar + storage financing structures that shorten decision cycles. Our project management team is execution-driven--focused on moving deals quickly from signed contract to installation. If slow installs or delayed payouts have been killing your momentum, this is a high-velocity platform that lets you keep closing, get paid clean, and get paid fast. Maelo Solar ([please apply online] | CSLB: [please apply online]) is hiring proven closers to run pre-qualified, pre-set in-home appointments generated by:

• Door-to-door field canvassers
• Outbound call center (setters + live transfers) You show up. You run a clean, consultative close. We handle the rest. This is commission-only (1099) and not entry-level. • Run pre-set, in-home appointments in targeted San Francisco and Peninsula neighborhoods
• Conduct calm, professional consultations (no hype pitch)
• Present solar + storage pricing clearly and confidently
• Close deals and guide customers through next steps
• Maintain light follow-up to drive decisions without pressure You do NOT:

• Prospect We bring the appointments. You close them. LEADS PROVIDED + OPTIONAL UPSIDE You will receive company-provided appointments from:
• Door-to-door setters
• Outbound call center setters / live transfers WHO THIS IS FOR (NON-NEGOTIABLE) You're a fit if you have ONE of the following:
• 1+ year closing solar in the home , OR
• Strong in-home closing background in:
• HVAC
• Roofing
• Windows
• Alarms
• Other high-ticket home services Plus:
• Strong objection handling (without being pushy)
• Professional communication and follow-through
• Reliable transportation
