Responsibilities * Manage the overall financial operations of the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. * Conduct credit analysis to assess the creditworthiness of clients and make informed lending decisions. * Oversee loan processing activities, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to customers. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. * Negotiate loan terms and conditions with clients while adhering to TILA regulations. * Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with organizational goals. * Prepare detailed financial reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators. * Provide guidance and support to team members in financial matters, fostering a collaborative work environment. Qualifications * Proven experience in financial services, particularly in roles related to loan processing or credit analysis. * Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices. * Excellent mathematical skills with a solid foundation in basic math concepts. * Familiarity with automotive sales financing is a plus. * Ability to negotiate effectively and communicate clearly with clients and colleagues alike. * Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, enabling accurate assessment of financial data. * A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
