Subaru of Jacksonville is looking for an experienced, high-energy Internet / Sales Consultant to join our sales team, drive performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. What We Offer * $120,000 - $180,000+ annual earning potential * Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO * Closed every Sunday * High showroom traffic & strong lead flow * Career growth and Subaru brand training * Supportive leadership and a team-first culture * Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts What You 'll Do * Make phone calls, set appointments, manage internet, phone, and walk-in traffic * * Ensure CRM usage, follow-up processes, and lead management best practices * Conduct one-on-one training sessions and daily sales meetings * Oversee trade appraisals, pricing strategy, and inventory management * Maintain high CSI scores and ensure a transparent, customer-focused sales process * Work closely with the GM and department leaders to hit monthly sales goals What We 're Looking For * 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Desk Manager, Sales Manager, or F &I Manager * Strong desking skills (payment structure, lending, rebates, incentives, warranty products) * Experience in high-volume dealership environments preferred * Strong leadership, coaching, and communication abilities * Expertise with CRM, desking tools, and DMS systems * Ability to manage a sales process from lead to delivery with consistency and accountability * A customer-first mindset with sharp closing skills * Valid driver's license Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement Subaru of Jacksonville is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
