Responsibilities: * Perform door-to-door introductions of Windows Plus products and services to potential customers. * Generate leads and schedule appointments for Sales Representatives. * Distribute flyers and educate neighbors about our services. * Memorize and recite scripts, handle objections like a pro, and confidently answer customer questions. * Occasionally visit customer installations and assist with additional tasks. * Consistently meet and exceed our KPI standards. Requirements: * A strong understanding of marketing and canvassing practices. * Top-notch communication skills - Adaptable, persuasive, and confident in all interactions. * Excellent time management and attention to detail. * Outgoing, energetic personality - We're looking for people who love talking to others! * Ability to handle confidential information with care.
