What You'll Do: * Conduct high-energy discovery and strategy calls with warm leads (from webinars, ads, content, and referrals). * Present the immense value of Growth Circle and close enrollments. * Follow up diligently to build relationships and overcome objections. * Collaborate with our marketing team on lead flow and scripting optimization. Must Haves: * 2+ years of proven sales experience in high-ticket offers ($3K-$10K+), ideally in wealth/finance, coaching, masterminds, or investment communities. * Strong closer with a consultative style--able to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently. * Passion for personal finance, investing, and helping others achieve financial freedom. * Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment. * Experience with tools like Calendly, CRM (e.g., HubSpot), and Zoom.
