What You'll Do

:

• Conduct high-energy discovery and strategy calls with warm leads (from webinars, ads, content, and referrals).
• Present the immense value of Growth Circle and close enrollments.
• Follow up diligently to build relationships and overcome objections.
• Collaborate with our marketing team on lead flow and scripting optimization. Must Haves:
• 2+ years of proven sales experience in high-ticket offers ($3K-$10K+), ideally in wealth/finance, coaching, masterminds, or investment communities.
• Strong closer with a consultative style--able to build rapport quickly and handle objections confidently.
• Passion for personal finance, investing, and helping others achieve financial freedom.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience with tools like Calendly, CRM (e.g., HubSpot), and Zoom. Why Join Us?
