Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories to achieve sales targets. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Utilize ACT! to track sales activities, manage leads, and forecast sales performance. * Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring a competitive edge in the marketplace. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services. * Provide technical support during the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns from clients. Experience * Proven experience in sales, preferably in concrete and asphalt recycling sectors. * Familiarity with territory sales strategies and business development practices. * Strong understanding of retail sales techniques and market dynamics. * Experience using ACT! software for managing customer relationships effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
