Our Sales Representatives are expected to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable, keeping up to date on manufacturer changes to models and comparable used vehicle models, as well as keeping up to date on state and federal regulations surrounding the purchase of automobiles. The ideal Sales Representative is organized and able to multi-task and follow directions from the Management Team They should be a good communicator, both in person and able to write effectively in email communications, to build lasting relationships with our customers. They should have a positive and professional attitude and be willing to work as part of a collaborative, team environment. Our company uses many different technologies and our Sales Representatives are expected to be comfortable with and make use of all of the programs that we use including CDK, Drive Centric, Microsoft 365 and Teams as well as various Manufacturer websites.
