Outside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for meeting with clients in person to promote services and build strong relationships with new and established customers.

• Travel to assigned territories to meet potential and existing customers to discuss their needs.
• Identify prospective customers through networking and cold calling to build a consistent sales pipeline.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity and market conditions to strategize sales approach effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and forecasts reporting regularly to management.

Qualifications

and Skills

• High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field a plus.
• Proven experience in outside sales or similar role required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential for maintaining customer relationships.
• Strong inter-personal skills to build rapport with customers and work effectively with management team.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet projected goals.

Work Environment

• Role involves travel and field work with an office base for administrative tasks. Will report to management team.

Compensation

• Includes a base salary plus commission with performance-based incentives. Job Type: Full-time
