Zeal Solutions Inc. is an AT &T Authorized Retail Partner hiring a Retail Wireless Sales Associate for our Omaha, NE location. This position works inside a retail store assisting walk-in customers with wireless services, device upgrades, plans, and account support. This is not door-to- door, not business-to-business, and not commission-only. Compensation * Hourly base pay: $15-$19 per hour (depending on experience & availability) * Weekly pay * Additional commission & performance-based bonus opportunities * Mileage compensation may be provided when applicable This role includes an hourly base rate. It is not commission-only. Products & Services You will support customers with AT&T wireless plans, smartphones, device upgrades, accessories, and account services. Day-to-Day Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers inside the retail store * Explain wireless plans, devices, promotions, and upgrade options * Complete new account activations and upgrades * Assist customers with billing questions and account changes * Provide device demonstrations and basic troubleshooting * Maintain a clean and organized workspace * Follow company procedures and accurately complete documentation * Stay current on product knowledge and promotions Requirements * Full-time availability, including some weekends/holidays * Strong communication and customer service skills * Comfortable working in a face-to-face retail environment * Ability to stand for extended periods * Reliable transportation * Professional, team-oriented attitude * Willingness to learn -- paid training provided No experience in wireless or sales required.
