Now Hiring: B2B Outside Sales Account Executive (Staffing Industry) - Tampa, FL Staffing industry experience required | True B2B outside sales role Are you an experienced B2B outside sales professional in the staffing industry who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, and closing new business? Do you enjoy being in the field, meeting decision-makers, and growing a long- term book of business? If so, we'd like to connect. Partners Personnel is a nationwide staffing firm specializing in light industrial staffing across manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We're expanding rapidly and seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive new B2B client acquisition in the Tampa market, with opportunities to expand into additional markets. In-person, field-based role -- not remote. What You'll Do (B2B Sales Focus) * Prospect and close new B2B accounts within the Tampa market * Conduct in-person sales meetings with decision-makers (HR, Operations, Plant Managers, Owners) * Own the full B2B sales cycle: cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, networking, presentations, negotiations, and closing * Build and grow a long-term book of business through consultative selling * Identify workforce challenges and deliver tailored staffing solutions * Understand and manage pricing, margins, and contract terms * Partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure service excellence and account retention * Consistently hit activity, pipeline, and revenue KPIs What We're Looking For * Prior staffing industry experience (required) * Proven success in B2B outside sales / hunter roles * Track record of new account acquisition and revenue growth * Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills * Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in the field * Experience using CRM systems such as Bullhorn to manage pipelines and forecasts * Desire to build something long-term -- not transactional sales What We Offer * Competitive base salary up to $75,000 (DOE) * Uncapped commissions * Bonuses, car incentives, and trip rewards * Full benefits package plus 401(k) with company match * Large, high-potential B2B territory * Clear career growth with one of the fastest-growing staffing firms in the U.S. Why Partners Personnel * National leader in light industrial staffing * Best Staffing Firm to Work For -- 3 years in a row (SIA) * Best of Staffing -- Client & Talent Satisfaction (ClearlyRated) If you're a competitive B2B salesperson who knows staffing, loves the hunt, and wants unlimited earning potential, this is your opportunity.
