Come create extraordinary opportunities for yourself with McCall Service! * Job Purpose: * Prospect and close new business through cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Build relationships with property managers, business owners, and commercial clients. * Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts in your assigned territory. * Promote and sell Northwest's suite of commercial pest control and prevention services. * Maintain accurate sales documentation and service agreements. * Attend ongoing training sessions and stay up to date on service offerings and industry trends. * Safely operate a company-provided vehicle, iPad, and cell phone.
