True World Foods New York LLC is a premiere seafood and Japanese products distribution company. We specialize in supplying high-end restaurants and retail markets with Japanese sushi-grade products. We are currently looking for an entry-level or experienced Sales Representative that can develop sales to new and existing accounts and be a primary company representative to our customers. Responsibilities * Regularly interact with customers to provide information about product availability, quality and prices. * Regularly interact with purchasing, delivery, production, night order and customer service personnel in order to exchange information about the customer's needs and problems. * Monitors customer payments and ensures that customers' payments and credit are in good standing. * Offers new products and services to customers as they become available. * Looks for prospective new customers and guides the new customers through the credit application process. * Regularly attends department and cross-function meetings to address sales and service issues. * Performs daily HACCP & sanitation related tasks as required. * Performs other duties as assigned.
