Now Hiring: Vice President of Sales Island Marine Electric (IME) Fort Lauderdale, FL Island Marine Electric is entering an exciting growth phase, and we are seeking an experienced, driven Vice President of Sales to lead and expand our sales organization. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a marine- industry professional who understands complex yacht systems and knows how to build relationships, strategy, and long-term revenue. About Island Marine Electric Island Marine Electric (IME) is a premier marine electrical engineering, integration, and service company specializing in advanced yacht power and control systems. We support some of the finest vessels, shipyards, and marine professionals in our industry and partner with world-class manufacturers to deliver cutting-edge solutions. The Role As Vice President of Sales , you will be responsible for driving IME's sales strategy, growing revenue, and strengthening our market presence and brand. This role combines hands-on selling, strategic planning, and leadership working closely with ownership, engineering, and operations to align sales execution with IME's long-term vision. Preferred Experience We are especially interested in candidates with strong experience in: * Marine electrical and marine electronics sales leadership * Power Management Systems (PMS) * Shore power converters and shore connection systems * Generator systems, paralleling, and load management * Bridge electronics and integrated yacht systems * Selling into yachts, shipyards, builders, captains, engineers, and yacht management firms A strong technical foundation is highly preferred. You don't need to be an engineer, but you must be comfortable selling complex, engineered solutions.
