Responsibilities

• Membership Sales: Actively drive membership sales by converting leads into members, with a proven close rate of 60% or higher.
• Studio Marketing : Participate in both traditional and creative marketing efforts, including social media campaigns and community outreach. Establish relationships with local businesses to promote Stretch Zone.
• Community Involvement : Represent the studio at local events, Chamber of Commerce meetings, and other community engagements to drive brand awareness.
• Customer Experience: Ensure every client has a positive experience by maintaining an inviting studio atmosphere. Provide exceptional service to retain current members and attract new ones.
• Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day studio operations, including maintaining a clean facility, booking appointments, and providing front desk support.
