Pirtek is a hydraulic hose service with three locations in the Seattle area, and one branch in San Diego serving over 1000 customers. The sales manager will oversee the sales and marketing activity of the company. The Sales manager will be line supervisor to 3-4 outside sales reps and coordinate the sales activities of 9 technicians and 3 operations managers. The sales manager is expected to meet ambitious sales targets. This role is in senior management of company and reports to the general manager. We are looking for an ambitious, driven person who loves to meet sales targets by training, managing, and mentoring sales staff. We are looking for someone organized, intelligent, with strong people skills. Responsibilities: - Coordinate and support the sales team in daily activities and operations - Assist with the preparation of sales quotes, contacts, and marketing materials - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and market trends - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies - Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and sales activities - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly - Support account management by ensuring timely delivery of products and services -manage the customer database and CRM process -makes sales routes and maps for outside sales staff doing face to face sales at customer sites , coordinate a phone sales , flyer and email sales program for two inside sales staff -develop territory lists for technicians who will also do customer visits. Requirements: - Proven experience in sales coordination or a related role - Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals - Proficient in analyzing sales data and generating reports - Familiarity with outside sales techniques and strategies - Excellent communication and customer service skills Bonuses and commissions for hitting targets Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
