This dynamic role allows you to showcase your sales skills while representing a trusted leader in the commercial cleaning industry. Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Louisville, Shelbyville and Southern Indiana areas. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. * Conduct sales presentations to showcase our cleaning services and solutions. * Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. * Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery. * Utilize CRM software to track leads, sales activities, and client interactions. * Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities. Requirements: * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the service industry. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships. * Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets. * Door to door cold calling on targeted businesses from supplied lead lists. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within the territory. * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. * Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * High school diploma required; * Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
