Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional and Estimator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving business growth by effectively engaging with potential clients, closing sales, and providing accurate, detailed estimates. The ideal candidate is not only skilled in sales and estimating but also someone who can leverage their personal and professional network to create new opportunities for both themselves and the company. Responsibilities * Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present our services. * Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and customer service. * Close sales by understanding client requirements and presenting compelling solutions. * Provide professional and accurate estimates for projects, considering all aspects of the work involved. * Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure estimates align with project specifications and client expectations. * Actively use your connections, referrals, and industry contacts to bring in new business opportunities. * Follow up with clients to answer any questions and address concerns. * Maintain a detailed record of all client interactions, sales, and estimates. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction, renovation, or interior design industry. * Strong estimating skills with the ability to provide detailed and accurate project costs. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. * Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. * Established network and connections that can be leveraged to refer potential clients to Zen Space Makers. * Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CRM systems, estimating software). * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. * Preferably owns a vehicle to attend client appointments.
