Lyndhurst Consultants is where data meets dignity. As a Business Development Associate in Lyndhurst, you'll support a campaign that turns Verizon wireless eligibility into real-world access. Through research, teamwork, and smart strategy, the Business Development Associate helps ensure no one stays disconnected. As a Business Development Associate, you will master the fundamentals of strategic growth management. The Business Development Associates growth will be fueled by real-world projects that challenge them to analyze markets and deliver persuasive solutions--because the best business plans aren't written in pencil, they're built with passion. Role Requirements for a Business Development Associate * Support client engagement by coordinating sales activities, conducting sales presentations, and reinforcing brand presence in person with customers. * Present Verizon product and service options with clarity for long term customer retention. * Conduct sales research to identify business opportunities, analyze industry trends, and profile potential client segments. * Assist sales operations by drafting proposals, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. * Collaborate with team members to design and execute strategic growth plans that expand the adoption of bundled Verizon telecom solutions. * Strengthen client relationships through consistent followup, account support, and clear communication of service benefits. * Expand knowledge base through structured training in sales management, business development strategies, compliance, and customer engagement.
