* Job: Inside Sales Estimator & Customer Service Representative * Location: Houston, TX 77018 * Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour * Schedule: Monday-Friday (6am-2:30pm) with Overtime We are seeking an Inside Sales Estimator & Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role is a blend of technical sales support and high-touch customer service, ensuring that every project, from prototype to production run, is handled with the meticulous care our brand is known for. What You Will Do: * Estimating & Design: Develop accurate cost estimates using ERP systems and collaborate with management on value engineering and concept development. * Customer Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for inquiries, negotiate project pricing, and maintain professional relationships with vendors and clients. * Project Support: Interpret blueprints and sketches to prepare quotes while maintaining organized digital and physical records. Qualifications: * Technical Expertise: Proficiency in reading drawings/blueprints and hands-on experience with sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing processes * Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, strong math skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively * Experience: Prior experience in construction or project management is considered a plus.
