We are a KIA and FORD new car dealership on Oakland's Auto Row seeking qualified individuals for open Product Specialist / Internet Sales positions for both New and Used cars. Summary: The Product Specialist / Internet Sales person is responsible for working with customers to identify their vehicle needs, finding the appropriate vehicle to meet their needs, while ensuring each customer has a satisfactory dealership experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Communicate effectively with customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, email or in person) * Manage Internet sales leads, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion, and answer questions on available stock and product performance * Maintain an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business * Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles * Disclosing terms of sales with consumers and reviewing sales with dealership management * Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the customer management tools. * Display ethical behavior while providing the highest degree of customer satisfaction in all aspects of dealing with high level clientele. * Greets customer and determines make, type, and quality of vehicle desired. * Explains features and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road. * Demonstrates to customer how to use vehicle functions and addresses customer concerns before, during, and after sale * Follows Safeguards rules and regulations. Job Requirements * Previous customer service or sales experience * Previous call center and/or Internet sales experience a plus * Drivecentric CRM experience a plus * Requires strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers * Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of all sales leads and to keep the website data up-to-date * Excellent follow through and follow up skills * Bilingual a plus! * Professional appearance and strong communications skills * Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test- Valid driver's license with good driving record Benefit Conditions: * Waiting period may apply * Only full-time employees eligible Paid Training: * Yes Management: * Team Lead * Store Manager Work Remotely * No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance License/Certification: * Driver's (Required) Work Location: In person
