Automotive Sales Consultant Are you a high-energy individual with a passion for cars and a drive for unlimited earning potential? We are a growing, employee-owned dealership looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our team. As an employee-owned business, we don't just want a "hired hand"--we want a partner who is invested in our collective success. We are looking for someone who wants to grow alongside the company and eventually take on more responsibility as we expand. Compensation Structure This is a Commission-Only position with a Draw. * Unlimited Upside: Your income is directly tied to your performance. There is no cap on what you can earn. * The Draw: To provide peace of mind during training or slower periods, we provide a draw against future commissions, ensuring you have a steady floor while you build your pipeline. Key Responsibilities * Build Relationships: Greet customers, build rapport, and understand their needs to find the perfect vehicle. * Product Expertise: Maintain a deep knowledge of our inventory, features, and specifications. * The Sales Process: Conduct test drives, handle negotiations, and guide customers through the closing process with integrity. * Follow-Up: Maintain a personal CRM to follow up with leads and cultivate repeat business and referrals. What We Are Looking For * Growth Mindset: We are looking for a "builder," not just a "worker." You should be interested in the long-term health of the business. * Resilience: Sales can be challenging; we need someone with a positive attitude and a "thick skin." * Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills are a must. * Ownership Mentality: Because we are employee-owned, you should take pride in the facility, the inventory, and the customer experience as if it were your own. Important Note on Benefits We are currently in a high-growth phase. At this time, we do not offer a traditional benefits package (health, dental, 401k).
