Our company engages in the sale, manufacturing, and distribution of metal building components and packages. We are currently seeking a customer-focused outside sales professional who thrives on building relationships and being an integral part of our dynamic team. This role requires a proactive individual who excels at identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client connections, and driving revenue growth. Here is what you will be Responsible for (but not limited to): * Provide customers with an unmatched customer service experience. * Develop new customer relationships and maintain existing ones. * Understand customer project needs and offer appropriate solutions. * Conduct 6-8 customer visits per day within assigned territory. * Maintain a 2-week route plan to optimize sales opportunities. * Communicate effectively with the inside sales team and document customer interactions. * Continually grow product knowledge and share it with customers. The Most Qualified Individuals will have: * One year experience in Outside Sales * Background in construction/roofing related field * Bilingual in Spanish (Required) * Advanced Computer Skills * Minimum Associates Degree (Not Required) Here 's what we will offer you: * Dynamic work setting within a secure privately held company. * Comprehensive benefits package including: * Monday through Friday schedule 7:30am to 5:00pm (Occasional weekend Events) * Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage (eligible 1st of the month after 60 day of service) * PTO (32 hours after 90 days of service then another 40 hours after one year) * 8 paid holidays (eligible 1st of the month after 60 day of service includes Birthday too) * 401(k) (1st of the quarter after 90 days of service) * Pay Structure: Base Salary Plus Commission Total estimated salary $55,000-$65,000 Application Process: If you are a self motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we encourage you to apply for the Outside Sales Representative position at Best Buy Metals.
