Job Title: Roofing Sales Representative Job Description: Are you a driven individual with a passion for problem-solving and customer service? Do you enjoy helping homeowners find the best solutions for their roofing needs? If so, Bob & Jerry's Roofing would love to meet you! Job Summary: As a Roofing Sales, you will meet with customers, accurately assess roofing needs, prepare estimates, and guide homeowners through their options. This role requires strong ownership, professionalism, and follow-through. Your success will be measured by accurate estimating, clear communication, and helping customers make confident decisions. Key Responsibilities * Evaluate roofing projects, take measurements, and prepare detailed estimates * Respond promptly to customer estimate requests * Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate roofing solutions * Accurately document measurements, photos, and job details in our CRM * Coordinate with the sales manager regarding scheduling and project planning * Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and operations teams * Submit all documentation needed when a job is approved * Ensure correct information is provided for invoicing and billing * Review completed jobs and provide feedback for improvement * Maintain a professional appearance and organized work environment * Follow up with customers for feedback and referrals * Manage your sales/estimate pipeline and follow up on pending jobs * Generate some leads in addition to company-provided opportunities Requirements * Ability to set up ladders and safely climb roofs up to a 6/12 pitch * Computer literacy and comfort using CRM tools * Strong communication and customer-service skills * Self-motivated, reliable, and able to problem-solve * Ability to multitask and adapt to changing customer needs * Responsive and dependable with customer communication Why Join Us?
