What You 'll Do: * Engage with customers via phone, email, and text to schedule service appointments. * Educate customers on routine maintenance, repairs, and dealership service offerings. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. * Work closely with the Service Advisors and Technicians to coordinate scheduling and customer updates. * Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system. * Assist in service promotions and marketing initiatives.
