PLEASE READ - This is a self-generated role We're hiring roofing sales reps who are comfortable creating their own appointments (doors, neighbors, referrals, networking, recon, follow-up). You should expect very few company-issued leads. If you want a job where leads are handed to you, this won't be a fit. Compensation * 12% commission on self-generated deals * 10% commission on company-issued leads (limited availability) * $750/week recoverable draw during ramp (to help you build pipeline) * Performance bonuses available What you'll do * Self-generate opportunities through canvassing, neighbor outreach, referrals, and follow-up * Run roof inspections, document findings, and present options (retail + insurance) * Close contracts and communicate next steps clearly to homeowners * Keep your pipeline and follow-ups updated in our CRM * Work with our Production Manager to ensure smooth handoff and great customer experience What we provide * Yard signs, door hangers, and marketing materials to support your self-gen efforts * Training, scripts, inspection checklist, and support to help you ramp fast * Estimating/production support (you're not on an island) * A team that builds what you sell and stands behind the work What we're looking for * Roofing sales experience preferred (or strong B2C closing background) * Comfortable with door-to-door/self-gen prospecting * Strong follow-up habits and organization * Valid driver's license + reliable vehicle * Coachable, competitive, consistent How to apply (helps us move fast) Send your resume and answer these 3 questions: 1.
