Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Manager in Training / Sales Adviser. Duties * Assist with daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and stock replenishment to ensure an appealing shopping environment * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving issues promptly * Support sales initiatives through effective communication of promotions and product features to customers * Participate in employee orientation and training programs to develop skills in sales techniques, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and customer engagement * Contribute to team management by supervising staff during shifts, ensuring adherence to store policies, and motivating team members * Assist with purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and inventory control to optimize store profitability * Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures Experience * Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential * Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience is advantageous * Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with customers and team members * Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases * Experience with inventory management, merchandising, and retail math enhances your candidacy * Proven organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Familiarity with POS systems, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and basic administrative tasks is beneficial Join us if you're eager to grow into a leadership role while making a positive impact on our customers' shopping experience!
