Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Mechanical/HVAC Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a solid understanding of B2B sales processes. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence through strategic territory management, lead generation, and effective customer engagement. Responsibilities * Drive business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within assigned territories. * Manage and grow existing client accounts through proactive engagement and upselling strategies. * Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to clients, showcasing the benefits of our HVAC and mechanical systems. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning. * Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize coverage and sales effectiveness. * Engage in cold calling, direct sales, and inside/outside sales activities to generate leads and expand customer base. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts. * Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet or exceed expectations. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and new product opportunities. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the HVAC or mechanical industry preferred. * Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account management. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. * Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly to clients at various levels of understanding. * Demonstrated success in lead generation through cold calling, direct sales, or marketing initiatives. * Strong analysis skills for market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning. * Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
