Job Type: Full-Time Location: Carrick's Autos Compensation: Commission-Based Job Overview We are looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires someone who can work well with others while also being self-driven and effective independently. The ideal candidate understands that great car sales are built on trust, communication, and creating a personal--not just transactional--customer experience. Responsibilities * Work collaboratively with the sales and finance team while managing your own deals and customers * Call, text, and email customers promptly and professionally, following company communication standards * Build rapport with customers by creating a genuine, personal buying experience * Guide customers through vehicle selection, test drives, and the purchasing process * Learn and maintain strong knowledge of current inventory and vehicle features * Accurately manage leads, customer information, and follow-ups in the CRM * Present pricing, financing options, and dealership products clearly and confidently * Learn and sell warranties, VSC, GAP, and other front-end and back-end products * Follow up with customers before and after the sale to build long-term relationships Requirements * Prior sales experience preferred (automotive sales a plus) * Previous CRM experience required; ability to quickly learn new systems * Strong computer skills and ability to work efficiently in digital systems * Excellent communication skills (phone, text, email, and in-person) * Ability to understand vehicles and learn inventory quickly * Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to improve and succeed in sales * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * Ability to work weekends Compensation & Pay Structure * Competitive commission-based pay with strong earning potential * Backend commission paid on warranties, VSC, GAP, and other products * Opportunity to increase income through performance, product penetration, and customer follow-up * Consistent inventory and lead flow to support steady sales opportunities What We Offer * Supportive, family-owned dealership environment * Hands-on training and product education * Opportunity for growth within the dealership Schedule * 10-hour shifts * Monday through Saturday Additional Requirements * Valid driver's license (required) * Ability to commute to Plano, TX 75074 (required) Work Location: In person * 1501 Capital Ave Plano TX 75074 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
