We're looking for a high-energy, people-loving Roadshow Sales Manager to lead our weekly roadshows, manage event teams, and drive sales while creating unforgettable Tastelli moments. What You 'll Do * Plan and schedule Tastelli roadshows in various retail locations * Lead onsite setup, sampling, merchandising, and customer engagement * Recruit, train, and motivate brand ambassadors * Ensure inventory, signage, and sampling gear are prepared for each event * Track sales results, highlight wins, and recommend improvements * Build strong relationships with store managers and retail staff What You Bring * Experience in retail, demos, field marketing, or event management * Strong communication and leadership skills * High energy and confidence engaging with shoppers * Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods * Willingness to travel up to days per week * Valid driver's license Perks * Competitive pay + bonuses * Travel & mileage reimbursement * Lots of Tastelli snacks * Growth opportunities within a fun, fast-moving brand Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Work Location: On the road
