The Company does not pay a base salary to independent contractors._ Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process. * Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey property details and market trends. * Assist clients in understanding Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws. * Engage in sales activities to promote listings and negotiate favorable terms. * Maintain organized records and manage administrative tasks related to property transactions. * Continuously develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers. Qualifications * Must have or in the process of obtaining CA Real Estate License * Strong customer service orientation * Excellent communication skills * Organizational and administrative skills are advantageous * Familiarity with property management and real estate law is beneficial * Understanding of Fair Housing regulations * Negotiation and marketing skills are a plus * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities is a plus * No prior experience required; training will be provided Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Professional development assistance Application Question(s): * Do you possess a CA Real State Salesperson/Broker license?
