Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and personable Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while actively promoting our clients' auto glass services. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, customer-focused, and has a passion for sales growth. Duties * Assist customers with their inquiries both in person and via phone or email * Verify damage and ensure insurance claim processing is done correctly * Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs * Schedule service for technician to come address customer needs * Process claims accurately and efficiently using our internal CRM systems * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer experience * Handle customer complaints professionally, resolving or escalating issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Experience * Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Proven ability to build rapport with diverse customers and work collaboratively within a team This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in customer relations and sales.
