You will also enjoy great benefits and work schedule Job Type: Full-time Salary: $55,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES): * Always display a professional demeanor * Ability to successfully negotiate with customers. * Keep current on all dealership product(s) knowledge as well as our competitors'. * Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships (before and after sales.) * Data mine large databases to generate new sales leads and opportunities. * Log and maintain customer data. * Take customers on test drives. * Maintain (at a minimum) or exceed established sales goals and 100% on surveys. * Ability to set appointments and close deals. * Maintain valid driver's license at all times. * Follow all established company and department policies and procedures. * Acceptable attendance is mandatory. * Must be able to work all required hours, including extended hours for events, when necessary. * Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager or Department Head. * Must be able to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
