A generous pay plan rewards YOUR skills and expertise! * We offer: * $100,000 plus opportunity * Guaranteed salary + lucrative bonuses * Family Owned and Managed Dealership! * Professional, on-going training provided for your success! * Medical and Dental insurance * 401(k) * Paid Vacation * * Responsibilities - BDC Manager: * Hire, train and manage 5 BDC associates in a call center environment * Set quotas and appointment goals * Manage incoming calls and leads * Train and assist staff in answering internet and phone inquiries from potential customers looking for product availability, price, payment information, etc. * Train and assist staff to identify customer's needs, present product information, and schedule several appointments per day for customers to meet with our dealership's sales representatives. * Build, maintain and measure the internet and business development processes * Maximize sales and profitability to agreed levels of performance * Analyze current sales data and look for areas to improve * Contribute to high scores for the dealership's customer satisfaction index (CSI) * * Qualifications - BDC Manager: Internet / BDC experience is required - BDC management experience is a PLUS! * Managerial and leadership skills * Customer service, communication and computer skills * A positive, upbeat attitude and motivated to excel in your career * Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced team environment * Professional appearance and demeanor * Automotive sales experience is a PLUS! * Experience with digital marketing * Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration. * Applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
