Compensation

Structure:

• Average first-year earnings : $59,648 - $70,214
• Commission-based pay (no cap - the more you produce, the more you earn)

About the Role

: As a team member, you'll consult individuals and families on insurance and benefits programs , helping them protect what matters most. This is a client-focused, solution-driven role with no cold calling or door knocking. All leads are qualified and pre-screened. What We 're Looking For:
