Need for full-time and part-time retail sales and appointment setters who are able to work in one or multiple retail stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Costco). What will you do: * Convey products and services to consumers in person at our retail locations. * Leverage marketing techniques and act as a brand ambassador. * Understand clients' specific needs through consultation and provide the best solutions. * Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction. * Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals * Booking Appointments What will you bring? * Previous experience with customer service, sales, or other related field. * Would be working Oakland location and Emeryville location * Ability to build rapport with clients. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Positive and professional demeanor. * Previous sales is a bonus. * Strong attention to details. * Conscientious, team player * Honesty, integrity, quality craftsmanship, and a good attitude * Previous retail sales associate experience Physical Demands: * Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. * May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run. * May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time. * May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, or pushing. Pay Transparency: The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $20. Mix of hourly $20 an hour + Uncapped Commission (anywhere from $25 - $250 per appointment that makes a purchase). Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility and increase of hourly pay based on performance.
