Job Title: FOM (Front Office Manager MARRIOTT HOTEL- DOWNTOWN BROOKLYN) MATURE - EXPERIENCED FOM MINIMUM 3 YEARS SUPERVISORY PROVEN HOTEL EXPERIENCE- VERIFABLE- REFERENCES- SALES EXPERIENCE

Duties

: - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the front office department - Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests - Train, supervise, and evaluate front desk staff - Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts - Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and efficient hotel operations - Monitor and enforce hotel policies and procedures - Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting as required - Implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hotel management Skills: Sales experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership and organizational abilities - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using hotel management software systems - Knowledge of hotel operations, including reservations, housekeeping, and maintenance - Familiarity with local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
