Expected target Compensation by year (based on performance): Year 1: $63K - $72K+ Year 2: $70K -$98K+ Year 3: $120K - $200K+ Job description: We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients through outbound calling and warm calling, leveraging CRM software, and utilizing strong communication skills to drive business development. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, technology/services sales, and customer service, with a focus on building lasting relationships and achieving sales targets.
