We are looking for a part-time Retail Sales Representative to join our team! Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store is a must. We are looking for a positive attitude and a desire to work in a fun fast-paced environment. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who can help us ensure that each customer has the best experience possible while in our store. *Before applying for this part-time position, pelase note The Wharf retail shopping hours that your schedule will be based on: Fall/Winter Hours: Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 12pm-6pm Spring/Summer: Monday-Saturday 10am-9pm, Sunday 12pm-6pm Responsibilities * Must be self-motivated to complete daily tasks without direct instruction * Must be able to work efficiently with little to no supervision * Greet and direct customers * Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) * Ensure racks are fully stocked * Manage returns of merchandise * Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times) * Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager * Light to moderate lifting required * Process and merchandise new products * Maintain store cleanliness and appearance * Nights and weekends required * Overtime required during special events * Holidays required excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas Day Qualifications * Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cash handling required! * Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members * Proficiency in cash handling and operating a pos system * Basic math skills for retail transactions * Ability to collaborate with sales teams and support merchandising efforts * Familiarity with retail store operations and stocking procedures Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
