We are looking for a part-time Retail Sales Representative to join our team! Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store is a must. We are looking for a positive attitude and a desire to work in a fun fast-paced environment. Ultimately, we are looking for someone who can help us ensure that each customer has the best experience possible while in our store.

• Before applying for this part-time position, pelase note The Wharf retail shopping hours that your schedule will be based on: Fall/Winter Hours: Monday-Saturday 10am-6pm, Sunday 12pm-6pm Spring/Summer: Monday-Saturday 10am-9pm, Sunday 12pm-6pm

Responsibilities

• Must be self-motivated to complete daily tasks without direct instruction
• Must be able to work efficiently with little to no supervision
• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Ensure racks are fully stocked
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Light to moderate lifting required
• Process and merchandise new products
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance
• Nights and weekends required
• Overtime required during special events
• Holidays required excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas Day

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cash handling required!
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
• Proficiency in cash handling and operating a pos system
• Basic math skills for retail transactions
• Ability to collaborate with sales teams and support merchandising efforts
• Familiarity with retail store operations and stocking procedures Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
