Salary: $95k - 170k per hour Reference: RJWEFL(01/08/26) -1 We have partnered with a well-established and growing building materials organization seeking to add an Executive or Functional Leader to their team. This company supports the construction and building materials market with a strong focus on operational excellence, customer relationships, and sustainable growth. The mission of this organization is to drive performance through strong leadership, accountability, and alignment across sales, operations, and finance. Position Overview We are seeking an Executive or Functional Leader to support and drive performance across Sales, Operations, and/or Finance , depending on experience and strengths. This role partners closely with ownership and senior leadership to improve execution, profitability, and long-term growth. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution.
