We are currently seeking for outside sales representatives to promote our products and services in Brooklyn, Queens and Bronx areas. Atlantic Restaurant & Supermarket Equipment is a leading supplier of commercial restaurant and supermarket equipment. Based in Kearny, NJ, we operate from a 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse and showroom serving restaurants, supermarkets, and foodservice operators throughout the region. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative with strong knowledge of restaurant and supermarket operations to promote our products and services in Brooklyn, Queens and Bronx areas. This role requires the ability to manage a sale from initial inquiry through final delivery--acting as both a sales professional and a project coordinator to ensure successful execution. The ideal candidate understands how kitchens, supermarkets, and foodservice operations work, can translate customer needs into complete equipment solutions, and can confidently close deals while managing the details through completion. This position requires the ability to commute to our location and start each workday at our office in Kearny, NJ. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to final delivery and installation coordination * Work with customers to understand their operational needs and develop complete equipment solutions * Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, close orders, and manage projects through fulfillment * Ensure accuracy in order entry, specifications, timelines, and customer expectations Qualifications * Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, equipment sales, or a related role in the restaurant, supermarket, or foodservice industry * Strong understanding of restaurant or supermarket operations and workflows * Proven ability to close sales and manage projects from start to finish * Professional communication skills, both written and verbal * Must be able to reliably commute to Kearny, NJ and be present on-site daily What We Offer * Competitive base salary plus commission on all sales * $550 per month car allowance, plus company-paid gas, parking, and tolls * Company-provided laptop and mobile phone * Long-term growth opportunity in a fast-growing, expanding company * Hands-on, decision-driven environment with direct access to operations and leadership Job Type: Full-time Projected Total Compensation: $75,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: On the road
